Camps are arranged to provide coaching assistance to developing and high performance cross country skiers as well as to master skiers with decent physical condition. Camps aim to develop ski technique and proportional training volume.
Participants will be coached by professional ski coach and they will enjoy teamwork together with Heather and Josh, top young athletes in their age groups.

To register for the camp please download the Registration Form together with the Camp Waiver (PDF format), fill them out and bring it to first day of the camp.
Registration notice with your full name, day of birth and name of your club e-mail 48 hours prior to each camp without accommodation interest or 5 days prior to each camp with accommodation interest to: wnordicksi@hotmail.com
Accommodation & Meal will not be provided. For three and more athletes interested in is option to arrange accommodation. Athletes will share coach’s accommodation cost.
Full day coaching fee is $ 50 per person (half day $ 25), additional $ 30 per sibling.
Participants will share coach’s travel cost even if they will make their own travel arrangement.
Participants are responsible for their own travel. Athletes based in Kelowna are welcome to drive with Petr every morning to a ski centre and back to Kelowna in the afternoon.
- Ski equipment for classic and skating technique
- Waiver Form and the Registration Form with a Medical Number
- Juveniles and juniors, bring your heart rate monitors
- Water bottle and holder, sport drink and recovery drink
- Ski suit (Lycra is preferable) & warm-ups, running shoes
- Spare and another training clothes for all weather conditions
- Gloves and sun glasses
- Basic wax tools (scrapers, cork, iron, wax remover, etc.)
- A few basic waxes (glide and grip waxes, blue klister, violet klister and universal)
- Exercise mat
- Lunch
- Personal medicine, vitamins and another food supplements
