The Society intends to offer to Master skiers:
- Coaching, planning, evaluating, technical leadership, instruction and all-round training consultation including coaching at training camps from a professional, paid coach.
- Full race support upon request and on-site coach’s availability.
- Equipment Discount for Personal Coaching Program and Group Coaching Program only
- For Ski Clinics Program full expertise for specific ski-dryland drills, introducing and teaching both cross country ski styles according to personal abilities and interests.
Athletes who participate in a Personal Coaching Program will actively cooperate in creating a personal training plan, consulting about training issues, changing a training program and discuss healthy issues. Athletes will keep a training log and present it to the coach on request.

Personal Coaching:
includes a training program, electronic training log, regular consultation (medical conditions and injuries, race preparation and strategy, waxing, sport equipment advice), coach-athlete session or coach-group session, coaching at camps (whether dryland or on snow). Race support upon request and on-site coach’s availability.

for pre-race or non-competition level master skiers, individual and groups.
Training camps are important for the following reasons:
- Multi-session, dedicated training days;
- Developing self-discipline and organization within a focused peer group;
- Evolving team building skills;
- Working with new training partners;
- Training in different set ups and environments;
- Improved adaptability to travel and new training surroundings;
